Document AI for incoming faxes
Classifies faxes, extracts patient data with an LLM and routes each case. Anything the model is unsure about goes to a person for review.
Nine years automating work in healthcare, finance and payments. Today I run discovery, design the solution, and build it with coding agents, at work and at home.
Digital transformation only counts if it changes someone's working day. That is the job: less manual work, and business teams who spend their time on what actually needs them.
I sit between the business and the build. Most of my time goes to design: talking to the people who do the work, mapping the process, deciding what should be rules, what should be AI and what should stay human. I still build hands-on, in UiPath and in Python with coding agents, and I stay through go-live and training.

Designed a Python engine, built with Claude Code and run from UiPath, to replace an undocumented legacy claims generator, plus a tool that compares old and new output side by side.
Before anyone built a chatbot, I analyzed thousands of de-identified support chats with a multi-agent Claude pipeline. Far less could be automated at launch than assumed, so the plan changed to a focused pilot.
Ran discovery across business teams, built request intake and a pipeline of processes, and acted as architect, analyst and delivery lead of a two-person team.
Everyone has coding agents now. Mine get the chores I got tired of doing by hand. These are small real tools, used for real problems at home.
A family cookbook and weekly menu planner.
Years of recipes and menus lived in phone notes and saved Instagram links. Now they are one app: search by what you feel like eating, plan the week, scale portions. Paste a link and an LLM pulls the recipe out of the caption.

My finance background, automated.
My money sat in separate banks, cards and brokers, in different currencies and formats, and some of it was only reachable through web portals. Now one run collects everything, automating the sites that have no API, then categorizes every transaction, reconciles the balances and checks spending against the budget. Anything unexplained stays visible.

One place for what a community knows.
The useful answers lived in several community chats, buried in long threads, and official sites never had them. This Telegram bot reads all of it, answers in one conversation, cites where each answer came from and says so when it does not know.
